METAL BABE MAYHEM CELEBRATES 20 YEARS WITH NEW “SCARLETT BLACK: 20 YEARS OF MAYHEM” DESIGN
LOS ANGELES, CA — September 1, 2026 — Turn it up and get ready for a month of Mayhem! Metal Babe Mayhem is celebrating 20 years of music, fashion and rock ’n’ roll with the release of a brand-new anniversary design: “Scarlett Black: 20 Years of Mayhem.”
Created for Metal Babe Mayhem’s 20th Anniversary, the new artwork brings recurring character Scarlett Black back into the spotlight and ready for battle. Armed with a sword emblazoned with Metal Babe Mayhem, Scarlett carries a commemorative 20 Years shield featuring the signature Lips & Bones logo.
The anniversary design was created by longtime Metal Babe Mayhem artist Bill Bronson, whose history with the company goes all the way back to the beginning. Bronson created the original Lips & Bones design in September of 2006 and has gone on to create dozens of designs for Metal Babe Mayhem throughout the past 20 years.
“Having Bill create this design makes it even more special,” says Metal Babe Mayhem founder Alison “MetalBabe” Cohen. “He created the original Lips & Bones design when I first started Metal Babe Mayhem, and now, 20 years later, we’re celebrating this milestone together with Scarlett Black. I love that the design incorporates our history while celebrating where we are today.”
